Journal of Clinical and Counselling Psychology Review

Aims and Scope

  1. Clinical and Counselling Psychology Review (CCPR) will be published biannually by the Institute of Clinical Psychology, University of Management and Technology, Pakistan.
  2. The Journal addresses a variety of specializations like clinical, counseling, educational, developmental, health, community and other areas of psychology covering all aspects of human behavior. CCPR is committed to innovative and interdisciplinary approaches that explore new methods and areas
  3. Qualitative and empirical studies on emerging topics are preferred. The journal also emphasizes therapies and services directed for improving the mental health of the clinical population and the community Review articles, brief reports and single case studies which deal with the application of psychological knowledge in understanding the biopsychosocial problems and etiological factors are also considered.
  4. The Journal welcomes contributions from all.
  5. CCPR maintains an international editorial board of Consulting Editors with expertise in diverse areas.
  6. The journal employs a double-blind reviewing Initially the manuscript is sent to editorial committee for screening the suitability and subsequently for blind reviewing
  7. All articles are reviewed by one international and one local professional and their comments and suggestions are sent to author for revision in a stipulated time.
  8. The author(s) have to sign an undertaking that the material is original and is not submitted elsewhere for publication; those who have contributed are duly acknowledged. The ethics laid down in the recent publication manual of APA are complied by the submitting author(s). The paper will be accepted for publication for its clearance for plagiarism as per HEC policy
